Who we are

Emily is a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her background of nearly 15 years in healthcare includes working in the emergency department, intensive care unit, rapid response teams, and urgent cares where she saw the detrimental effects of alcohol and other substances/prescription medications. This fueled her drive to increase awareness of medical cannabis use as a legitament treatment modality for patients who could benefit from it. She does not believe in replacing traditional medical care all together, but more so appreciates the supplementary role medical cannabis could play in a patient's care plan. She looks at the whole patient and wants to understand the true cause of your symptoms.

Here at Far Out Alternative Care Inc, we understand that a lot of patients are already self-medicating with cannabis. This can be dangerous if it is not guided by a medical practitioner due to medication interactions, not using the appropriate amount/strain for the symptoms that are attempting to be treated, or not using from registered dispensaries.
